Herbietown: Stuck on Runway AGAIN

    i'm in new york. there is no wind. in fact, there is so little wind that i am sweating and sitting at my computer in my underwear (sorry about the visual) my apartment is ridiculously hot but still i cannot rationalize a wind delay since it is a beautiful night in new york. sorry bro. xoxoxo

    Air travel can be so painful.
    If you're traveling for fun, delays aren't so bad, bc you're (well, I should say, "I") happy to be going wherever it is.
    But if it's for work... that is just torture!
    I hope you at least had a good seat, and not the back row that doesn't recline. I sat on a runway for almost 3 hours in that seat one time.

    The only tolerable thing about air travel is that it gives me something to
    vent about here in these pages!

    That, and the first class meals on Continental are scrumptious.

    Told ya. LGA is the worst. They get delays when it rains in Iowa because we know that is such a popular air route.

    I hit the skies for an extended road trip starting a week from today - 6 days, 3 cities, 3 different airlines (American, United, Virgin)...brace yourself for many upcoming rants about the sucktastic state of travel today.
