It was a checkered flannel robe, and he wore the matching PJ-style pajama pants with it.

What kind of shoes? Big puffy white slippers! (obviously)

The mental picture of his face has sort of faded from my memory, but he was a white guy, mid-twenties, with dark hair and acne.
