  • I feel your pain. Back in my telecommuter days, I'd have to make "face time" at corporate in Dallas every two months. There is no such thing as an ontime flight bteween DFW and LGA. Ever. The people at the Terminal C Chili's in Dallas knew my drinking/eating habits after a while. ("Hi, again! Presidential Margarita and Southwestern egg rolls again, sir?) Junk food and alcohol can be your friends. God's speed!
  • Now, Dude... that seriously sucks! Nothing like having your plans shot by airline delays.

    I hope you ordered the beer and onion rings and a burger on the side!
  • You need to get access to the airport lounges. They make air travel almost human. If you get the Platinum card, you can get into Delta, Northwest, American, and Continental clubs. Wow. I sound like an ad.
  • Yeah, but how much does it cost to get a Platinum card? And if I'm the only
    person on my team with access to the lounge, is it OK to abandon my
    colleagues?
